If you have Western Digital WD Sentinel (DX4000, DX4200, DS5100, DS6100) NAS device, you may have trouble replacing the failed drive. Even if the drive is from the compatibility list, the device does not see it as compatible. Fortunately, WD Support has a solution

God Mode in Windows

Create a folder called

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

and within it you will find all possible applets to set up and tune up Windows. The folder name can be anything, but the extension should be exactly like this:

A couple of weeks ago I found an old CDR-s58p IBM CD-ROM in one of the computer stores. It was produced in 1995 or 1996! I can believe, since it is made of a good steel and is very heavy. So, the new life of it is this:
